Concrete Work in Roseville, CA

Concrete Work · Roseville, CA

Every Slab, Curb and Pad a Yard Could Need

Beyond driveways and patios, a property runs on smaller concrete done well — and we pour all of it across Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and across the Placer County corridor: shed and equipment pads, side-yard slabs, trash-can and AC pads, mow curbs and landscape borders, and the custom flatwork that ties a yard's surfaces together. Same base prep, same clean edges, whatever the square footage.

Mow curbs are the quiet star of this category. A poured concrete curb between turf and rock, or bed and lawn, is the line that makes a landscape read crisp from the street — you will find them bordering nearly every yard in our gallery. Small pours, big difference.

Small Pours, Same Standards

A shed pad that is out of level telegraphs through everything built on it; an undersized spa pad is a problem you meet after the spa arrives. Small slabs get the same discipline as a driveway here — excavation, base, reinforcement where loads call for it, and finish that sheds water. Sized right for what is landing on them, because we ask first.

These pours often ride along with bigger projects for efficient pricing — the shed pad happens the day the patio pours, the mow curbs form up with the walkway.

Curbs and Borders: the Landscape’s Frame

Concrete curbing solves the eternal edge problem: grass creeping into beds, rock migrating into lawn, edges that need redoing every season. A poured curb draws the line once — straight or sweeping, flush or raised — and holds it for decades. Against turf it doubles as the anchor edge that keeps the install tight.

Borders also organize maintenance: mowers ride a mow curb cleanly, and beds keep their mulch where it belongs.

Repairs and Repours, Judged Honestly

Cracked slab sections, settled corners, spalled surfaces — some deserve repair, some deserve replacement, and the honest answer depends on what failed underneath. We look, tell you which is which, and price the real fix. Where a repour makes sense, the new work gets tied in and finished to blend with what stays.

It is the same rule as all our concrete: fix causes, not symptoms.

How We Work

How a Project With RMR Runs

From the first look at the site to the final walk-through, here is exactly how it goes.

1

Walk the Project

We look at the space in person — grades, drainage, access, what comes out and what goes in. You talk directly with the people who will build it, not a salesman.

2

Written Quote

You get a clear written price for the full scope — concrete, walls, turf, irrigation, the whole build — with finish options laid out so you can decide what fits the budget.

3

We Build It

Proper base prep, forms, reinforcement and drainage before anything gets poured or planted. The crew shows up when we say, keeps the site clean, and communicates every step.

4

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished project together — finishes, cleanup, care instructions for new concrete and turf. Done means you have looked at every part of it and said so.

Do you take on small concrete jobs?
Yes — pads, curbs and small slabs are a standing part of our work, and they are most economical when bundled with other scopes or scheduled with nearby pours. Tell us what you need and we will find the efficient way to get it poured.
How thick does a shed or spa pad need to be?
It depends on the load — a garden shed and a filled spa are very different customers. We size thickness and reinforcement to what the pad carries and put the spec in the quote.
What is a mow curb?
A narrow poured concrete border between lawn and beds or rock. A mower wheel rides it for a clean cut, edges stay put permanently, and against artificial turf it provides the crisp anchored line our installs are known for.
Can you match new flatwork to my existing concrete?
We match finish, joint pattern and height so additions read as part of the original. Perfect color match on aged concrete is not honest to promise — close blend and clean tie-ins are, and that is what we deliver.
Can you repair a cracked slab section?
If the base under it is sound, sections can be cut out and repoured cleanly. If the whole slab is moving, patchwork chases it — we will tell you which case yours is after seeing it, with the price in writing.
