What services do you offer?
Concrete driveways, stamped and stained concrete, patios, walkways and sidewalks, pool decks, retaining walls, artificial turf, and irrigation and drainage — plus complete backyard projects that combine several of those into one build. If your yard needs concrete and landscape construction, it is what we do all day.
Do you do full backyard projects or only single services?
Both. A large share of our work is complete outdoor builds — concrete patio, turf, retaining wall, irrigation and planting in one project, run by one crew. Single-scope jobs like a driveway replacement or a walkway get the same attention; many clients start with one and have us back for the rest.
Are you licensed?
Yes — RMR Construction & Remodeling is a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1088628. You can verify the license anytime on the CSLB website. Over 14 years of expertise goes into every pour, wall and install.
How much will my project cost?
Every honest number starts with seeing the yard, because the price lives in the details: square footage, access, grading and drainage, finish choices, and what has to come out first. We look at the space, talk through options, and give you a written quote. What we do not do is guess over the phone.
How long does a typical project take?
A walkway or small patio runs a few days. A driveway replacement typically goes from tear-out to finished concrete inside a week, plus cure time before you drive on it. Complete backyard builds are scheduled in phases and you get a realistic timeline with the quote — and you hear about anything unexpected the day it comes up.
Can I drive on my new concrete right away?
No — concrete needs time to gain strength. You can usually walk on it after a day or two, and we will tell you exactly when it is ready for vehicles based on the pour and the weather. Rushing that window is how new driveways get damaged, so we build it into the schedule from the start.
