Artificial turf is the highest-percentage upgrade in a Sacramento-area yard: green through triple-digit summers, no mowing, no sprinkler overspray on the fence, no mud tracked in from November to March. We install turf across Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and across the Placer County corridor the way it stays looking real — excavated and compacted base, straight seams, proper infill, and edges that meet concrete cleanly.
The edge is our signature. Because we pour patios, walkways and mow curbs ourselves, our turf lines land against crisp concrete instead of flopping into planting beds — look at the kidney-shaped lawns and curbed borders in our gallery and you will see the difference one crew makes. Front lawns, back lawns, pool surrounds, putting greens and pet-friendly setups all get the same base-first build.

Turf fails when it is treated as a surface instead of a system. Ours goes on excavated, compacted base rock graded to drain, with seams laid out to disappear and edges secured against curl. Infill is matched to use — lawns, pets, play areas and putting greens each get their own spec. That is the difference between turf that still looks installed-yesterday in year eight and turf that ripples in year two.
It also drains. A properly based turf lawn sheds winter rain into the ground or the drainage plan instead of ponding — something we engineer deliberately on the flat lots of Roseville and Lincoln's newer neighborhoods.
Natural grass in this climate is a treadmill: water bills climbing all summer to keep it merely alive, mowing every week, brown patches anyway by August. Turf ends the treadmill. It is green in July without a drop, and the time and water you were spending go back in your pocket.
Families use it hardest: play space that does not wear to dirt, pool surrounds that do not track mud, dog runs that rinse clean. Our reviews are full of exactly these yards.
A backyard putting green is turf craftsmanship on display — dedicated green speeds, cut cups, fringe transitions and contours built into the base. We have tucked greens beside pools and into corner spaces that were doing nothing, and they instantly become the most-used square footage in the yard. One client had us replace an aging putting green outright — it is a build we know well.
Feature lawns work the same way: a shaped green inset in rock or concrete reads as designed landscape, not lawn substitute.

We look at the space in person — grades, drainage, access, what comes out and what goes in. You talk directly with the people who will build it, not a salesman.
You get a clear written price for the full scope — concrete, walls, turf, irrigation, the whole build — with finish options laid out so you can decide what fits the budget.
Proper base prep, forms, reinforcement and drainage before anything gets poured or planted. The crew shows up when we say, keeps the site clean, and communicates every step.
We walk the finished project together — finishes, cleanup, care instructions for new concrete and turf. Done means you have looked at every part of it and said so.

Triple-digit summers and wet winters are the design brief here: turf that stays green in August, drainage that moves winter rain, and concrete poured on base prep that will not settle.
Site walk first, written quote second, work that matches it third. Our reviews say it plainly — showed up when they said, fair price, everything done correctly.
